Why We Built This
The Trip Should Feel Like the House Looks
Las Vegas has extraordinary private homes — hillside glass pavilions, walled compounds, estates with backyards that embarrass resorts. What it hasn't had is a booking experience worthy of them: the big platforms bury these houses in a feed, add a service fee for the privilege, and leave the planning to you.
We run it the way a private client would want it run. A short collection, booked directly with each estate's operating team. One concierge desk that builds the stay around the home — and answers when you call.

The Standards Behind the Collection
Selection Over Scale
Most rental sites compete on inventory; we compete on the confidence that any home you pick here is one we would put our own guests in. If an estate doesn't meet that bar, it isn't on the site — there is no second tier.
Service as the Product
The house is half the stay. The other half is the layer around it — arrival timed to the minute, the refrigerator already right, dinner from a chef who knows the kitchen. That layer is what our concierge desk exists to run.
Pricing in Plain Sight
Rates, fees, minimums, and policies are printed on every property page and itemized at checkout before you commit. Booking direct means the total you approve is the total — nothing added after the fact.
Honesty in the Copy
No invented ratings, no inflated counts, no stock superlatives. When we say a home has a Strip view, it has one; when a famous golf course isn't gettable, we say so. Luxury starts with being believed.

Photographs flatter; floors don't. Our team visits each estate — the water pressure, the mattress quality, the sightline the listing claims — before it joins the collection.
Operator Accountability
Every home is run by a professional operating team we know and can reach, licensed under its jurisdiction's short-term rental rules. Questions get answered by the people responsible for the house.
Kept Current
Collection membership is reviewed continuously against guest feedback and our own re-visits. The standard is the standard — homes that drift below it come off the site.
