Lux Vegas Rentals is not a marketplace: these estates, villas, and view homes are operated by teams we know, booked direct at the operator's own rate, with no marketplace service fee added to your total.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum night stay for these estates?
Most homes in the collection require a minimum stay of 2–3 nights, and peak windows — holidays, F1 week, major fights, big conventions — often carry longer minimums. Each property page shows the exact requirement for your dates.
Are cleaning fees included in the nightly rate?
Cleaning is billed as a separate one-time fee, set by each estate and itemized during checkout before you commit. Nothing is added after the fact — the total you approve is the total.
What is the cancellation policy?
Each estate sets its own cancellation policy, displayed on the property page and again at checkout. Peak-event dates commonly carry stricter terms. If your plans are date-flexible or event-dependent, tell us before booking and we will point you to homes with more forgiving policies.
Are pets allowed?
Policies vary by estate: several homes welcome pets with prior approval and a pet fee, others decline to protect furnishings and allergic guests. The property page states each home's policy — and mention your companion in any inquiry so we only show you homes that work.
Can the pool be heated for my stay?
Most estates with pools offer heating for a daily fee set by the property — worth arranging from October through April. Schedule it through our concierge desk before arrival so the water is warm on your first evening, not your last.
