Frequently Asked Questions
How the collection works, how direct booking works, and where to find the property-specific details that govern each stay.

Important
Lux Vegas Rentals is a curated direct-booking collection, not a marketplace. Each estate is owned or managed by its own team, and we add no platform booking fees. Pricing, deposits, cancellation terms, amenities, and house rules are set per property — the individual property page governs each stay, so review it before booking.
About Lux Vegas Rentals
A curated direct-booking collection of luxury Las Vegas vacation estates. Each home is operated by its own professional team; we select the homes, present them in one place, and attach our concierge desk to every stay. Guests book directly through each property's listing.
No. Lux Vegas Rentals is not a marketplace with one universal rulebook and a service fee on top. Each estate is individually owned or managed, presents its own pricing and policies on its page, and takes your booking directly.
No. The homes are owned or managed by individual owners, property managers, or listing partners. What we own is the standard: every home in the collection has been vetted by our team, and staying below the standard means leaving the site.
With the estate's operating team, on that property's terms — shown in full on the listing before you commit. Our concierge desk works alongside them for the length of your stay.
No. There is no marketplace service fee on a Lux Vegas Rentals booking. The rate and fees you see on the property page and at checkout are the property's own.
Three ways: curation (a short list of homes we know, not an open marketplace), direct booking (the operator's own rate, no platform fee layered on), and the concierge desk included with every stay — chefs, cars, tables, and spa arranged by one contact.
The Concierge
Private chefs and in-home dining, pre-arrival provisioning, chauffeured cars and aviation coordination, nightlife tables and event tickets, restaurant reservations, in-home spa and recovery services, celebration styling, golf tee times, and desert excursions. If it isn't on the list, ask anyway.
The desk itself — the planning, coordination, and a direct contact — comes with every reservation at no charge. The services it arranges (a chef's menu, a chauffeured evening, a spa afternoon) are quoted individually and agreed before anything is booked.
Through vetted independent Las Vegas providers we work with repeatedly — chefs, transport companies, licensed spa and wellness teams, styling crews. Each service is confirmed with a quote before booking, and provider terms apply to the service itself.
Ideally when you book the home. Chefs, event tickets, and styling teams book out around big weekends, and pool heating is best scheduled before arrival. Mid-stay requests are welcome — later simply means fewer options.
The desk exists for guests of the collection, and guests get priority. If you have an inquiry outside a stay, send it through the concierge page and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Booking an Estate
Choose your dates on a property page to see live pricing and availability, review the terms shown for that home, and complete checkout. Prefer a human? Call the desk or send an inquiry and we will hold options while you decide.
Yes — checkout runs through the property's booking flow, and successful payment confirms the reservation.
Please do. Every property page has an inquiry form that reaches the team quickly, and pre-booking is the right time to raise special requests: early check-in, pet approval, event plans, accessibility needs.
The property page is the source of truth: amenities, sleeping arrangements room by room, occupancy, policies, and fees. If something matters to your trip and isn't stated, ask before you book — we will confirm it against the actual home.
That is half of what the desk does. Tell us the dates, the headcount, and what the trip is for, and we will shortlist the estates that genuinely fit — including telling you when a cheaper home in the collection serves your group better.
Pricing, Payments, and Fees
No. Lux Vegas Rentals adds no platform or service fee to any booking.
Each home is individually operated, so nightly rates, minimum stays, cleaning fees, deposits, taxes, and seasonal pricing are set per property — and shown on its page and at checkout before you commit.
The checkout breakdown is the final total: nightly rate for your dates plus that home's stated fees and taxes, itemized before you pay. Nothing is added after the fact.
Most estates take a refundable security hold before check-in; the amount and terms are listed on the property page. It is released after checkout provided the home is left in good order.
Payment schedules are set per property — commonly a deposit at booking with the balance ahead of check-in — and displayed before you confirm. For larger reservations, ask about bank transfer.
Until a reservation is confirmed, yes — rates move with demand, especially around major event weekends. Confirmed reservations are locked at the agreed total.
Property Policies
No — each home sets its own cancellation terms, shown on the property page and at checkout. Peak-event windows are commonly stricter. If your dates are uncertain, tell us before booking and we will point you to homes with more forgiving terms.
Subject to the specific property's policy, yes. Contact the desk as soon as plans change — earlier is always more workable, and we handle the conversation with the operator for you.
Policy varies by estate. Some homes welcome gatherings with advance approval and a defined guest count; others limit occupancy to registered overnight guests. Tell us your plans honestly and we will match you to a home whose policy fits them.
Each listing states its maximum, and it holds: occupancy limits are a condition of every home's short-term rental license. Groups that need more space need a bigger estate — we will help you find it.
Listing-specific. Several homes welcome pets with prior approval and a pet fee; others decline. Each property page states its policy — mention your companion when you inquire.
Many estates require guest identification, a signed agreement, and an age minimum for the booking guest — standard practice at this end of the market, stated per property during booking.
Arrival, Departure, and the Stay
Commonly 4:00 PM in and 10:00 AM out, but each listing states its own. Early arrival or late departure can often be arranged through the desk, subject to the calendar around your stay.
Full arrival details — address, gate and keypad access, parking — come after booking confirmation and before check-in, per that home's process. Concierge confirms your arrival timing so the estate is ready when you pull in.
You have two lines: the home's operating team (provided with your reservation, with an emergency contact) and our desk. Between them, in-stay issues get handled — that redundancy is the point of booking through a collection.
Yes — that is standard concierge work: provisioning stocked, pool heat scheduled, cribs placed, celebration styling installed. Request it when you book so arrival day needs nothing from you.
Amenities and Property Information
No — every home's page lists its own features, photos, and amenity details. The collection skews heavily toward private pools, spas, view terraces, game and theater rooms, but the listing is the source of truth for each home.
High-speed WiFi is included at every home in the collection, and estates at this level arrive fully made up with linens, towels, and equipped kitchens. Anything unusual for a given home is stated on its page.
Usually an optional daily fee set by the property — worth scheduling through the desk for October–April stays so the water is warm from night one. Spas are typically heated year-round.
We hold listings to what our team saw on the walkthrough, and we correct drift when guests flag it. Occasionally a feature goes down for maintenance or weather; if something material changes before your stay, you hear it from us, not at the door.
Owners and Listing Partners
Possibly — the bar is deliberately high and the list deliberately short. We look for genuinely luxury homes in the Las Vegas Valley with professional operations and current short-term rental licensing. Start with the List Your Property page.
We do not operate like a high-fee marketplace. Terms are discussed directly with qualifying owners and partners — submit your property and we will walk you through how the collection works.
Estates, villas, penthouses, and view homes that would credibly host the trips this site serves: gated privacy, resort-grade outdoor living, suite-quality bedrooms, and an operating team behind them. Location, licensing, and condition all count.
Yes — a referral program exists for partners who send qualified guests. See the Referral Program page for how it works.
